Shipping

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped that same day. All orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or business day.

All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS flat rate. USPS and UPS Ground typically arrive within 7 days. All orders under $150 will have a flat rate shipping charge of $15. Shipping is free for orders over $150. Customer may email and ask for expedited shipping at their expense. 

Once orders have shipped no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.

After an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Items that have not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, altered or damaged can be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGED within 7 days of the date of delivery. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Tags must be attached to the item(s) and a receipt must accompany the return/exchange.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise store credit and/or exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. Armoire reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges for all returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.

Armoire is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

Please note, this return policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
